Return & Exchange Policy
At Sollak Designs, we take pride in offering high-quality imitation and demi-fine jewellery. Please read our Return and Exchange policies carefully, as returns and exchanges are governed by different conditions.
EXCHANGE POLICY
1. When Is an Exchange Allowed?
An exchange is only applicable under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or broken at the time of delivery
- The customer has received a wrong product (different from what was ordered)
🕒 Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Exchange Charges
- No exchange or shipping charges will be deducted in the above scenarios.
- Sollak Designs will bear the exchange shipping cost.
3. How to Request an Exchange

- Share your order number, clear images/videos of the issue, and a brief explanation.
- Our team will verify the request and arrange the exchange accordingly.
4. Exchange Conditions
- Products must be returned in unused, unworn condition.
- All original packaging, boxes, tags, and pouches must be intact.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the product is found to be used or damaged after customer handling, the exchange request may be rejected.
RETURN POLICY
1. When Is a Return Allowed?
Returns are accepted only if the customer changes their mind or does not like the product.
🕒 Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Return Charges & Deductions
For approved return requests:
- ₹100 will be deducted as return shipping charges
- 3% GST/payment gateway charges will be deducted
- Remaining balance will be refunded after quality check (QC)
3. Refund Process
- The returned product must reach our warehouse and pass the quality inspection.
- Refunds will be processed within 3–4 working days after successful QC approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
4. Return Rejection Conditions
❌ No refund will be issued if:
- The product is used, worn, scratched, or damaged
- Original box, tags, or packaging are missing or tampered with
- Product fails the quality check at our warehouse
NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
- Individual items from a multi-item order cannot be returned separately
- Custom-made products
- Sale items (if applicable)
